T1 takamori locked out my 0fate A.Challenger and enemy couldn't break, as he too was an honor deck(unicorn bodies+festival). Upon realizing i too was an honor deck and forgetting to Use his (has favor) Yoshii as first action on defense... he instead PDs me while I use Box off his PD. Then, I KDojo his yoshi for a void brea [continue reading]k, which would remove a takamori from board.
Not wanting to continue on a 9v14 (+1DD) honor fight, he conceded right away off his guffaw.

I N S A N E L Y S P I C Y deck by unicorn, gets tesuko T1. I stuipdlyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy defend a pilgrimage +dd wayfinder poke, when I 100% did not need to, which gave me a bowed 3 fate kaizen. Moves into bow, did some irrelevant duels, and get FALLEN IN BATTLE'ed, coulda voiced but tesuko stops it.

Later, I get STAY YOUR HAND and GOBLIN SNEAK'd for the lose.

The funny thing is, if my opponent simply DIDN'T PLAY SNEAK, I would have won, honoring out to 25, but I didn't have the 1 fate to equip my 3rd KB in hand, when I was at 22..... So, IMO, this is/was a huge test that if no tesuko, no SYH or no sneak, EVEN 1 OF THEM, I would have won....

Tried to redeem my tilt game, didn't feel like I made any mistakes, but thinking back I was.

This was a perfect game where opponent used 2 clouds to win the game, as he was down to 1 honor, kept squeezing/squeeking out air defense rings, then clouds asami and toshimoko, both whom we able to cause that single point of honor loss, plus, he stole/CiF x2 KBs, which effectively stopped me from wining via honor (was at 20 v 1); he drew duty the turn I was able to win an air ring.... I suppose I was unlucky?

S16 DISCORD LEAGUE POD GAME

Hooo man, I blew it T1 making a 2fate asami into a tower, that was a mistake, as my opponent stopped my KD by simply playing RFB, then I was on tilt.

Gotta have discipline and not tower up turn 1, even if I lose x2 provs.

On tilt and continued to make tons more mistakes, got to 22 honor and left 2 honor on a broken DD

note: I was begging for duels this game, I saw 1 DT , 1KD and 1PD

Ends the game zeroing out my units, the board resets with him at 21 fate, 18 cards to my 15 fate 8 cards, I buy 2, he plays 2 stolen breath, is first player, and I have 2 honor left..... Like I said ... Perfect

I kept buying small when I shoulda bought uji at +2 fate turn 1 or "let t1 go". Didn't focus on void (lost uji a turn early), nor fire ring enough, as alchemist kept dishonoring uji

Missed victory by 1 honor with ZERO kakita blades and ZERO DDojos, opponent LETGO'ED IMaster "for the last honor point" (he was at 2 honor to my 24)... Then high rolled flipped into 5 of the 6 best dragon characters/ in game [no mitsu]

Lion "festivals + mass bodies" missed its wombo combo by 4 honor, as i kept my bids low, my honor high and counter-broke whatever he broke me. (I made TONS of mistakes this game, too).

After his first "festivals drop", he stopped going honor, started to bid 5, to my 1 and unbeknownst to me, drew into a second...a well timed "warm Welcome + Policy Debate" discarded his 'other' Festivals and he could not break Entrenched vs 11MIL Toshimoko

Duel I lost (1bid to 5) was an honored brash at a revealed mag station, opponent bowed him, I straightened, but he broke, so if he let me bow his guy, I save prov, or he gives me 4 honor to break; which he did

Courtly was almost MVP as he drew x2 kblades on a pol poke defense (23v5 honor), toshimoko got "STAYED YOUR HANDED" but enemy didn't have enough cards/charge to break prov/entrenched+12 mil toshimoko.

Following turn, DD, KD, IMP PLACE flip, stack x2 k blades on honored kaizen, all in mil air, KD his "smallest guy 9v4" over honor "by 2" (kb,kb,dd) and honored toshimoko at end of turn

Had x3 voice in opening hand which stopped opponent's x2 way of crane and an early assassinate, which brought him down to 7 honor. He flipped by mag station +DD turn 1 and it was downhill from there, was able to be unopposed, resolve fire, and went all in on air, dishonoring him out after continuing to big high and try to win duels.

Neither of us wanted to perform duels, as it would trigger both our boxes; would have been hard fought to fight his towered 4 fate toshimoko, but was able to counter tower & make him spend honor to "win toshimoko"

Semi-decent crab, saw ZERO spyglasses, but was seeker of void.... So no talisman, no DYHonor, no fight on..... So...that's bad?

T1 was envoy, vanguard, oguri vs callowed and (2f) kaizen, didn't draw gossip, nor voice in first 9 cards.
Opponent proceeds to wombo combo assassinate and WOTC, but then doesn't break.... (and risked flipping mag station)

lasted till t5 as opponent couldn't handle (another, 3 fated) 10/6 kaizen with x2 KBlade +DTraining+mount+invitation, even had a cheeky storied defeat, for the win, so MVPs were using DTraining all 4 turns to bow kisada...

Opponent was bad as he was trying to dishonor me out with straight bids and watch commander doesn't do much to me

This was a perfect example of the "switch aspect" of the deck

S16 DISCORD LEAGUE POD MATCH
(Player wasn't bad per-say, but his deck choices, overthinking for LONG periods of time and general slow play probably would categorize him as bad; as he lost the game by not counting, or causing CotOH honor loss, the remaining honor on DD)

weird CotOH crane splash that tries to WOMBO combo "Shoju or Aramoro + Mark of Shame death bombs"... except he's not running the better stronghold... and played at least 1 'Stay your Hand', which i VOH'ed thank you very much.

we both had Imp Palace T1, he failed to break or win a ring (ran into pilgrimage), while i ran into Authority (which he took literally 4minutes to choose x1 spyglass instead of x2 favored mount). Ryoko came out T2 and proceeded to general 4 total honor tokens over 2 turns; then ran out of fate and the 2nd of 2 copies of her showed up to generate ANOTHER honor token. I misplayed and attacked into a shameful when i did not need to but, next turn i went first and had a x2honor DD with KD ending the previous turn at 22.... all i need to do is win 1 duel ,or make opponent give me 3 honor in a duel, which was the choice the opponent had as Ryoko honored herself to be 3MIL for KD with Fine katana and KBlade in hand, too

Practice has been on jigoku [competitive] tag, and to be honest a few matches have been against WEIRD meta decks or not optimal (baddd) players. Currently testing in jigoku discord tournament S16.

Cards that I don't like, but have been useful:
-Seal of the crane
= it helps uji, yuri, brash even asami + ryoko to be able to bow off Kakita Dojo, but it was designed to help in an earlier version of non crane duelists like neutral toturi; might go back to normal fans

Cards I want to add:
Court games
= this could replace seal to have more honored protection in pol battles, but in testing , I haven't missed it.

That one random ToSkill, Hows it working since the deck is split down the mid?
works great as if i have (x) number of events used/in hand vs (x) number of attachments in hand/equipped/discard, I can do Quick Mafths to see which is higher % to see
So, new changes, test out, one less seal, one more invitation. Toughts?
Test and game of sadane have been expensive at times.

Seal was from my "military version", and I wanted to cheapen the deck, have more "opposition" and noticed everyone but callowed (and sometimes a.challenger) could equip invitation. I still like the interaction with seal being able to have uji, ryoko, asami, brash be able to bow off KDojo, and equip IMaster.

I might put test back in, if my card draw seems too low.

Plus, I wanted to try storied defeat more.
