3rd pack didn't add much to the deck, but they made huge a difference.

3x lost papers in a deck that doesn't tend to load fate on their characters is bonkers, sometimes it fails when a butcher flips it, but it's not big deal.

The main changes are in the province line up and role, changin air for earth doesn't hurt with your honor losses(assassinations and labs) as the card gain lets you force favorable bids.

Courteous Greeting was a substitute of upholding authority, city could fill that slot also but I preferred the solid pilgrimage.

Sadly I can't judge Courteous Greeting as it was attacked in six games.

Return from Shadows was also a test which worked quite well, getting unoppossed conflict wasn't as hard as it seemed. You have many bodies and unbowing, and Butcher of the Fallen helps a lot. Probably would add another one instead of the wave.
I dig the deck. Just wondering if Seal of the Dragon has a place in there so you can use hurricane punch and Void Fist off of your bigger guys like the Butcher?
I've never felt the need to use a seal to make buther o witch hunter a monk. Yo have enough monks in the deck to play your punches, and enough force pumps to play them on key characters.

if you feel short on the monk department you can squeeze a couple tattoed wanderers.
